Gina Kratovil

Where would we be without Gina Kratovil on our team? For over 15 years, Gina has supported the Keller-Brown family with a variety of tasks, from human resources to marketing. All of the "hat-wearing" has taught her a thing or two about time management! Learn more about her below. 

My journey with Keller-Brown started in 2006. Given the variety of my past experiences, I fill a multitude of roles within the Keller-Brown office. My teammates consider me a "jack of all trades," handling accounting, human resources, marketing, and other administrative duties. I was also on the Epic Implementation Team when we underwent a major upgrade to our agency management system in 2017 and 2018. Since 2008, I've been a licensed agent and attained my Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 2011.

After attending sessions at Applied Net conferences, I earned "operations" and "accounting" certificates in Epic.  Because of my knowledge of this management system, I serve on the board of the Applied Client Network's Central Pennsylvania Chapter.

Outside of work, I enjoy hand painting glass and spending time with my family. I confess to being somewhat of a movie geek and am quite happy relaxing on the sofa on the weekend watching a good film.
