Sarah Brown

I joined the family business in 2008 after working for a national insurance company for 3 1/2 years. The best part of this business is that my clients are like family. Their success is my success. Their hardships affect me, too. While I never want to see my clients experience a claim, I know that we can take care of them when that time comes. When you have a tragedy, you don't just call a faceless 1-800 number. You call me.

I derive a great sense of satisfaction living in a community in which I work.  Having to look my clients in the eyes through good times and bad makes me work harder to design protection plans that shield them from financial hardship.

Despite my years of experience, I still remember what it was like being green and can relate when clients thing, "insurance is complicated!"  The depth and experience of the staff here at Keller-Brown enables me to help solve almost any problem a client has.  When you boil it down, I guess that's what we do here:  solve problems and prevent problems.

When I'm not wearing my insurance hat, I enjoy being part of the Susquehannock Alumni Association and participating as a board member for several organizations, including a publicly traded community bank, the Farm and Natural Lands Trust of York County, Insurance Agents & Brokers, and the Erie Insurance Sales & Marketing Task Force.  If you don't see me about, it's because I'm spending time with my best-friends (my husband, daughter, and Heintz 57 pup Frankie) working on our farm. After years of being involved with the sport of volleyball in high school and college, I'm delving into my other passion of agriculture.
