Tracy Neutzel

As one of the newest members of the Keller-Brown family, Tracy has dove headfirst into her work from the start with a positive attitude and curiosity for learning more. We're so happy she is part of our team! 

In January 2020, I became part of the Keller-Brown family as an Assistant Protection Analyst. I have been a licensed agent since 2014, and I'm loving my new role which has taught me to pay close attention to even the smallest details when reviewing policies. I'm now a Commercial Insurance Protection Analyst, supporting our commercial lines clients with their insurance needs. 

One of my favorite things about working here is how we all work as a team. We really are a family and it is such an awesome feeling! I've formed lasting friendships that are made by helping clients with their policies. 

Outside of the office, I love to spend time with my husband Jon and our sons Ben and Lawson on our family farm. We raise pigs and there is always something to do! When not at home, you can find us on the sidelines or in the bleachers cheering on our boys at 4-H events or games at Dallastown High School, where Ben plays baseball and Lawson swims and plays lacrosse. 

My family also loves to support local businesses in the area. My favorite is Saubel's Market because they are huge supporters of our local York County 4-H clubs — they are always there supporting my kids! They also have the BEST donuts and custom birthday cake. My dad also used to work at the Shrewsbury location in the seafood department.
