About Amanda Martin

As with many things in life, sometimes the most unexpected turns are the most rewarding.  I started at Keller-Brown in December of 2024, after a 15-year career in managing customer service teams for an advertising company focused on small, local businesses.  Once it was time for a career change, I knew I wanted to take my passion for cultivating customer success with me wherever I went.  In my previous roles, my focus has always been on leadership as a service and that frame of mind can be connected to not only leading internal teams, but also leading customers toward making the best decisions for their insurance needs in my role as a Commercial Lines Inside Producer. I am happy that I have found a home at Keller-Brown where we share these values.

Aside from work, I have many hobbies.  A lifelong nerd, I love playing video games, board games and tabletop games like Dungeons & Dragons and going to the Renaissance Faire. I enjoy a good deep dive into analyzing film, tv shows and literature; my college degree is in English Literature with a focus on film and art history. I'm also active and enjoy creek swimming and hiking, as well as martial arts - I currently take classes at the Self-Defense Academy in York. I also dabble in craft making and photography, I always have multiple projects going at once. I like to keep busy!

Another important aspect of my life both in and out of work is building equitable and inclusive environments in which everyone can thrive. Living in downtown Lancaster gives me plenty of opportunities to be involved in my community. Our colleagues and customers come from all walks of life and my goal is always to build bridges through understanding and kindness and I look forward to bringing my experience and passions to our Keller-Brown customers!
