Erin E. Gladfelter

This hard-working mama is an inspiration to her family, and that includes us here at Keller-Brown.  In 2019, she began a 9-month Leadership Training Program with Leadership York but that's just one of many impressive milestones. I've always loved taking care of people and knew I wanted to do it for a living, so I started in the restaurant industry.  After obtaining a degree as valedictorian from Penn State University in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management, I spent five years managing the guest experience at restaurants in both York and Mechanicsburg.  I soon realized, after the birth of my son, that the hours were not as enjoyable as taking care of our guests, so I began to look for a career that would allow me the best of both worlds and I found Keller-Brown.  I started with Keller-Brown in February of 2014 and the years have flown by!  I still look forward to the opportunity to take care of our clients every day - the most valuable part of my job are the relationships I have formed with my clients over the past several years.

When I'm not at work you can usually find me outside with my two amazing kids (three if you count my husband) and a border collie that loves to play.  We look forward to spring and summer every year when we set up our greenhouse for the first round of seedlings to go into the vegetable patch and map out our camping destinations for our weekends away. We are working on a love of weeding with our kids... as of yet, no success there but I will keep you posted if we discover the secret!
