This employee has her team's back....her football team and her Keller-Brown team! Read more about her experience growing up in Wisconsin and how she's adapting to life in her new town.

I hail from Green Bay, Wisconsin. Yes, I'm a cheesehead and even though being a Packer fan will always be a huge part of my life, Wisconsin has taught me far more than yelling "Go Pack Go!". Blue-collar parents and growing up on a farm helps a girl realize a lot of long hours and believing in the outcome goes into excelling in life. I have worked at Keller-Brown since 2018, and have continued to develop my skills in this profession. The challenge of gaining knowledge and putting it to use every day motivates me in looking to the future as I hone my craft and help serve the community with the excellence Keller-Brown has already put forth. Supplying my team with behind-the-scenes support gives me a sense of pride. I work closely with the insurance companies to make sure our customer's requests are taken care of promptly and correctly. From changes to claims, I am always there when you need me. I see myself as a customer service chameleon. I've worked in a variety of environments and have easily adapted and exceeded at serving those to the best of my ability — from a waitress at a local joint in my hometown to an account manager for a large scale company. Being "new" to the area has its challenges, but thanks to Keller-Brown, I've been able to work closely with the community not only handling insurance needs but also volunteering. I've learned so much about my surroundings and those who make it all happen. I owe a lot of my personal growth to Joy, Jeff, Sarah, and Dave.
