Most of our clients have never talked with this individual, but this behind the scenes teammate is instrumental in making our Commercial Lines machine run smoothly. This eagle-eye has held jobs from school bus driver to computer programmer.  Read on to find out what she's doing for us now.

I joined the Keller-Brown team in May 2010 (yes, 10 years ago!) and that's when I began my insurance career. Over these 10 amazing years, I've learned that helping others is what I enjoy most. Changing careers over the years from secretary, computer programmer, substitute teacher and school bus driver offered a variety of both challenges and happy memories. I've always liked typing and organizing so my current job as an assistant protection analyst suits me well. 

Issuing Certificates of Insurance and processing insurance policy data account for a large part of my day and oftentimes, I am called upon to proofread documents. For some reason, I have an eye for catching something out of place that needs amending. Sometimes it takes digging deeper to find the details but that's part of the fun.  When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, baking, and gardening.
