I joined Keller-Brown in 2018 after making the bold move to change careers and jump into the world of insurance. I was impressed by the company culture and felt right at home with the team members I met. I was also drawn in by the promise of a supportive network of teammates, the opportunity for continued education, and the high standard of customer service Keller-Brown strives for. As you walk through the agency building, you get a sense of the legacy laid out over 5 generations of the family business and their company values of family, integrity, diligence and loyalty. These values were a huge draw to me. There is a history of over 120 years of customer service excellence within these office walls!

After graduating from Delone Catholic High School and Shippensburg University earning a Bachelor's degree in Regional Development and Planning, I spent the first 9 years of my career in office roles in the South Central PA area. I worked at a property management company, a commercial construction company, a municipal codes office, and a tool manufacturing corporation. All of these roles prepared me for working with the client accounts I service at Keller-Brown Insurance Services.

When switching careers, my goals included a shorter commute and the opportunity to thrive in my professional career by helping others. I have had a couple of instances of my own where my own insurance has stepped in and saved the day, so I know how important it is to have coverage when you need it.

My main focus as a Commercial Insurance Protection Analyst is servicing existing farm and business accounts, and helping new clients by researching new policies with the best coverage, with the best carrier, at the best price. I always aim to represent Keller-Brown by sticking to the company values and giving top notch customer service to every client.

Continued education has always been a passion of mine and I have taken pride in gaining professional certifications in each of my positions. Shortly after becoming employed at Keller-Brown, I obtained my Property and Casualty Producer License in PA and MD, and have already started working toward my Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) certification, which can take up to 5 years to complete. So far, I have added my Life & Health License.

Around the office, I am happy to be involved in the KB Cares Committee, where I use my catering and entertaining skills to plan company gatherings, and participate in community outreach with company sponsored volunteering opportunities.

In my spare time I enjoy staying busy. I am involved in two local networking groups: The Gals that Brunch York Chapter and RAYAC. I have two border collies, am an amateur photographer for family and friends, and also work as a Realtor for Howard Hanna. I enjoy cooking so much that I host an annual "Friendsgiving Dinner" at my house for family and friends in honor of my favorite holiday. I have had many blessings in my life and am now to the point where I am lucky enough to be able to give back, on both personal and professional levels. I guess one word to sum me up would be "Thankful"!
