Great customer service is what drives me, not just in my professional field but also as a customer. I have the mindset that if I am paying for something, I expect decent customer service. It is my goal to ensure that every customer I speak to, whether in person, on the phone, or through email, feels like they are the most important customer that I have. My motto has always been "customers are the reason that I have a career." I get pure enjoyment out of helping people in any way possible!
On top of customer service, I have some other passions too, including spending time with my family, traveling, and event planning. I am pretty much a homebody these days but enjoy every minute of it.
