Spring is all about fresh starts and home improvements, and that's exactly what has been happening at Keller-Brown. After more than a year of working remotely, we are so excited about welcoming our customers and employees back into our office. Of course, providing a safe environment has been our foremost concern. Jeffrey Brown, Keller-Brown's Vice President of Sales & Marketing, said, "We did our homework to improve air quality within the office since that's the way many viruses are transmitted. Based on the recommendations we installed an air purification system that extracts allergens and uses UV lights to kill viruses and bacteria. The system also pulls in more fresh air to increase ventilation."
Jeffrey added, "Having the type of business where some customers may prefer to come to the office regarding an insurance matter, we felt it very important to do all that we could to provide a safe environment for our staff and visitors. The improvements we made will provide peace of mind to everyone who enters our building."
We surveyed our team as to their workplace preference (home or office) and balanced that with the needs of our clients. The customers' choice on meeting time and location will continue to be primary, and we have built in a hybrid schedule which gives our team the flexibility of working from home for a portion of the week.
Joy Keller-Brown, Chief Operations Officer, said, "We are looking forward to a fresh start and rebuilding social connections. A fresh start isn't a new place, it's a new mindset, and there is something incredibly hopeful about this next phase!"
