What inspired you to start a food truck business?
After spending 17 years working in the catering and event planning industry, I wanted to try something new! Plus, I was determined to start a business of my own. I naturally gravitated to charcuterie boards because who doesn't love a healthy and fresh way to satisfy your snack cravings?
What's been one of your best memories as a food truck owner?
My best memory comes from the time I was a vendor at the Shrewsbury Fall Fest. It was such a positive experience because I met tons of customers who said what a creative idea it was to open a mobile charcuterie business. All that support made my heart smile!

Charcuterie lovers can find us whipping up delicious combinations of cured meats, fresh fruit, and cheeses at a wide variety of local events. We're always popping up at community events, school events, and local breweries and vineyards! We're also a frequent fixture at the Red Barn Market in Stewartstown, PA. We look forward to sharing some delicious snacks with you!
