Keller-Brown Insurance Services to Acquire H. N. Fishel and Associates, Inc.
Shrewsbury, PA and Red Lion, PA March 27, 2017 - Keller-Brown Insurance Services and H. N. Fishel & Associates, Inc. today jointly announced the signing of an asset-purchase agreement pursuant to which Keller-Brown will acquire the insurance business of Fishel.
The transaction, which was approved by the owners of both agencies, serves to strengthen Keller-Brown's presence in the demographically attractive South Central Pennsylvania region.

It is anticipated that the transaction will be completed in the first week of April 2017.
